Always fantastic. Very efficient, minimalistic and clean.

Staff gentile. Biancheria gradevole. Presenza di pantofole, spazzolino e set per manicure.

La struttura non era descritta in Booking. Pertanto, non era chiaro che non si trattasse di un hotel nel senso comune del termine, ma di un immobile al 1° piano di un palazzo. Lungo un corridoio, si aprono le porte delle camere. Una minuscola reception vicino la porta d'ingresso, non presidiata dalle 20 alle 8. Stop. Per 120 euro a notte, per una matrimoniale uso singola, onestamente mi aspetto di meglio. In camera, oltre al letto matrimoniale, c'era un letto a castello, del tutto fuori luogo. Materasso duro. Ritengo la mancanza di trasparenza un fatto gravissimo. Le strutture vanno descritte minuziosamente, affinché il cliente sia veramente libero di scegliere.

Konum müthiş, temizlik iyi görünüyor, daha iyisi olabilir… Odalarda terlik olması güzel, giriş kolay, oda sıcaklığı gündüz iyiydi, ancak banyo ve oda gece soğuk hissettirdi. Yedek yorgan mevcuttu ancak pek temiz değildi. (Garip bir koku vardı) Resepsiyona ilettim , Celeste Hanım merkezi ayarlandığını belirtti . Ama yine de benim için banyonun ısıtıcı sistemini aktif etti. 🙏 Ancak oda için çözüm olmadı. Prizlerin konumu ve uyumlu oluşu iyiydi. Duş çok iyiydi ve yeterli sıcaklıkta idi. Şaç Kurutma makinesi benim için önemliydi. Küçük detaylar dışında rahat bir deneyimdi.

Geliştirilebilir konular… Odada ısıtıcı talep esilmeksizin kesinlikle olmalı , herkes kahve tüketmiyor sonuçta… Odaların ısısı merkezi ayarlanabiliyor imiş , kendimiz ayarlama yapamıyoruz bu bir dezavantaj, çünkü herkesin vücut ısısı aynı oranda işlemiyor… Ses yalıtımı daha iyi olabilir … Odadaki aynanın yeri değişmeli, perdeden dolayı kullanılamıyor. Onu televizyonun olduğu duvara , ya da komidinin olduğu duvara konumlandırmak daha iyi olacaktır…. Ve su iki adet olabilir. Banyo dışında odada bir çöp kutusu daha olmalı.

Niedziałający tv, przeciekający prysznic z urwaną rączką od regulacji, bardzo głośne otoczenie, słychać każdy dźwięk z sąsiednich pokoi, niewygodne łóżko, bardzo wczesny check-out, za każdą godzinę opóźnienia od razu chcą dodatkowe pieniądze, check-in na miejscu tylko do 20, w przeciwnym razie kody do domofonu i formalności przez WhatsApp. Warunki typowe dla HOSTELU, ten obiekt nie ma nic wspólnego z hotelem.

Good location, especially when you are travelling by train. Friendly staff. Room was big and clean. It's good for a short stay.

For the price, it would have been nice to have more than just one coffee pad in the room.

Bathroom was nice and clean.

After I booked the hotel room the hotel sent me a message stating that my credit card was invalid en they asked me whether I could pay via some kind of special LINK that they sent me. If I wouldn't do this they would cancel my reservation. I checked with my credit card company and it turned out that, as expected, there was nothing wrong with my card. At the end I ignored the hotel's message and paid on arrival, with the same card as the one they thought was invalid. In view of the risk of fraud I find it unacceptable that the hotel uses these kind of practices.
