Bed and room ok. Staff normal function,breakfast ok

The area in the evening not safe,that's why we didn't stat for 2 nights,we moved / checked out the next day,so we stay only for 1 night,but I payed for 2 nights,so i want to get mine money back of that second day,it's about 80.500 COP. You are responsible for this,not the hotel,so you guys give me that money back,because I booked via booking.com. Thanks.

It's a regular hotel. If you have business around the location, may work for you. But there are better options around it.

The "extra fee" of 41000 pesos they charged the guest upon arrival. The price should not change according to the appearance or nationality of the person making the reservation.

Location near public transportation, restaurants, shops. Employees very kind and helpful.

Breakfast was quite good, but times from 7AM to 8.30AM are too restricted, should be al least to 9AM or 9.30AM for people on holidays.

Good location. Hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Room and bathroom were very small. Bed was hard and uncomfortable. Bath towel was also small. Breakfast was just adequate.
