"lovely just only thing to complain about was the broken radiator in the main bedroom"

the common area was great, communication super, friendly staff, unreal location, lovely placw to stay

the radiator in the main bedroom was broken which meant it was colder than i would have liked. luckily there was another radiator in the small bedroom but it didnt heat the whole place at all

"Nice room, bad communication"

Good room, clean, comfy bed

Good communication before arrival, arrived at midnight in bad weather, the entrance door is not clear and code didnโ€™t work. No answer on 24hr number and WhatsApp number does not work. Fortunately I found the actual entrance door but communication needs to be better
