Great rooms on a budget surprisingly when looking at the exterior spotlessly clean easy access arrangements.

Steps out of the rooms caught us out a couple of times drop needs to be highlighted to avoid any falls.

Good price and a bit different

The card machine for the honestly bar wasn’t working.

The communal space is good outside of the rooms area, the bathroom is also well done. The concept is great and it uses space smartly. It is open, mostly light and modern.

The rooms downstairs are big but I don't think these rooms use all the space as smart as the upstairs room. Downstairs rooms don't have a wardrobe, and perhaps could have afew useful items, perhaps a bench to sit on, coat hangers near the door and one thing I feel needed light shade on the wall lights/lamps. Could also benefit from the use a third light option in the bedroom. Communal area, could use another lighting option also. It wasn't easy to get response from the owners on day of Sunday/Monday. Parking instructions and written information inside of the main communal area could be abit more user friendly.

Really cool place, very secure. We loved the communal space and made use of the kitchen. The room was private and secure, bright and comfortable. The staff were great and although we didn't meet face to face they were very helpful over text. Definitely will use again.

The door to the bathroom was a little stiff and didn't close completely but not a problem, a minor inconvenience.
