Restwell Inn & Suites I-45 North

When we came back late in the afternoon of the second day house keeping had not yet finished refreshing the room. Our pillows, personal towels, and blankets were left on the FLOOR of the hotel room. They took the sheets without replacing them, and overall the environment was very unclean. The price was the only redeeming aspect but it was not worth the value.

Need to be honest!!! No microwave or fridgerator

Bad smell in the room and wet. Will never back!! I have to run off before one day check out!!because my kids got allergies need to be better.

It was convenient to the places I needed to travel to.

The rooms have a mildew smell, although you get what you pay for . A little carpet cleaning and deep cleaning every so often won't hurt

The carpet in the hallways were filthy and dirty spots all over. Mildew smell in room. Pool had green moss growing in it. This property is not being maintained. It’s poor quality and overpriced for the condition it’s in. They really need to clean up this property, the carpet and the mildew.

Quiet

Our first room reeked of cigarettes. We had a king sized room, and there were only throw pillows on the bed. Breakfast only had a few options.

The front desk staff were very helpful during our stay especially after midnight.

Its a bit unclean in some places of the room but overall not a bother.
