Tôi đã đặt trước trên app booking nhưng khi đến nhận phòng thì lại ko có thông tin phải cần đợi xác nhận quá thiếu chuyên nghiệp, khi xác nhận xong thì lại có trường hợp phòng không như trên app. Tôi đặt phòng đầy đủ tiện nghi nhưng lại ko có, nhân viên thì tự giới thiệu làm được 8 ngày và cũng chưa bao giờ thấy những thiết bị như trên app liệt kê ra có trong khách sạn, chưa trải nghiệm đã thấy quá tệ.

L'accueil très sympathique de "Vy" , la jeune réceptionniste , qui a tout fait pour nous rendre service face à notre désolation en découvrant cet hôtel . Merci à elle .

La situation géographique , dans un quartier éloigné de tout et presque insalubre . La chambre plus proche d'une cellule monacale : 1 lit , une table et une chaise sur 9m2 !!! Le gouffre entre la photo de présentation retouchée et la réalité .
