The room is small but spotless and very comfortable. The bathroom was also immaculate with large absorbent towels. The gift of Welsh cakes was much appreciated. It was very easy to catch a bus into the city as the bus stop was just across the road. There was plenty of free parking and the gastro-pub meals were excellent. This place is excellent value.

We had to wrangle the shower taps a bit as we aren’t familiar with that type but that was a very minor inconvenience which we soon resolved.

Spotless and well appointed rooms, clearly maintained by hosts wanting the best guest experience. Lovely little touch of home made Welsh cakes in the room. Gastro pub food was great and the service excellent. Far better than a hotel stay. What really made it was the staff and landlord. Quality restaurant presentation and service. All in all great value given the high quality of rooms, service and food.

It can be difficult to park. This isn't based on this stay but my overall experience having stayed with you previously too.

The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, especially Joyce.

We couldn't put the heating on in our room, it felt chilly.
