I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and cannot recommend it enough. The service was outstanding, and the staff were incredibly polite and accommodating, which truly made the experience exceptional. The room was spacious, with plenty of natural light thanks to the large window. Additionally, the check-in process was seamless and quick – it took less than two minutes! I was impressed by the efficiency and attention to detail. Overall, a fantastic stay, and I will definitely be returning!

While my overall experience was pleasant, I believe there are a few areas where enhancements could make a significant difference: Basic Amenities: I noticed that some basic amenities were missing in the room, such as tissue paper in the toilet and toothpaste. Providing these items would go a long way in improving guest comfort. Seating in the Bathroom: It would be helpful to have a small, comfortable seating option inside the bathroom, particularly for guests who need a place to sit while bathing. This addition would greatly enhance convenience and comfort. Cleanliness: While the room was generally tidy, I felt that more attention should be given to cleanliness, especially in the bathroom and washroom areas. It is essential that these spaces are spotless to ensure a hygienic and comfortable experience for guests.
