"Let down a little bit by circumstances"

The room was fantastic . Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very kind guy carried my bags upstairs.

We arrived Wednesday. Restaurant closed in the evening. No problem- our fault for not realising this but please be aware. Additionally there was some kind of filming going on. We were told to be quiet!!! Had to park more than 5 minutes walk away. Think film crew had occupied car park. Went to breakfast at 9am. Not a lot left… nothing replaced. Maybe preoccupied by events of previous day… bottom line … great accommodation but lacking professionalism.

Lovely hotel the rooms are well furnished and spotlessly clean. Nice bathroom with a large shower. The staff were excellent very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was varied with large choice and the meals in the restaurant were exceptional. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends. We hope to stay here again soon.
