OZO Chaweng Samui

Clean adequate rooms a great price in the best part of chaweng beach.

Restaurant has seen better days and the absence of a barista coffee service unless asked for (machine is generally covered and doesn’t appear to operational in the morning, I asked for a latte a few times and it never came) but apart from that it’s a clean hotel and very well located.

A reasonable selection of food all well prepared and displayed although the bacon was overcooked to my liking but edible We loved the absolute friendliness of the staff The bed was great and the bathroom more space than the bedroom lol Loved the pool and the beach too

The very small cramped room sizes it felt like Spain like the wardrobe in the bathroom? What’s that all about ?

Good location, nice service, clean rooms, good breakfast.

Very very very small rooms (even deluxe), no bathrobe, no toothbrush, no slippers though for the price ($125+) there ought to be.. The pool closes too early at 19.00. Breakfasts overcrowded.

这是我去过三十多个国家里 住过最差的海滩边的度假酒店，房间不允许提前入住，直到一直等到下午两点半，但他不给提供。吃早饭时，我的桌子前没有椅子。我在这儿等了很久，终于有一个服务员和我对视，但他只告诉我隔壁桌子已经有占座的卡牌，我不能坐，但他没有看到我需要一个椅子，也没有发我一个卡牌给我占座。直到我已经拿好食物在桌上吃饭了，他才把卡牌给我。我想他只是想告诉我卡牌上写的不要浪费食物。我在早上到达酒店，坐了一天的红眼航班，非常疲惫。我在泳池边想点餐，却又被告知11点前不提供。泳池的毛巾也不是在泳池边租用的。每天房间只有根据人数的干毛巾，我的房间有4个人，但是他只给了我两条毛巾。当我遇到工作人员时，我向他索要剩余的两条毛巾，他又只给我一条，我说房间里只有两条，他说不，有3条。我，我在回房间确认时，他已经走远。我非常生气，我让他到我房间来给我看第3条在哪儿。他很不耐烦地从他的推车上再给了我第3条。所有的工作人员看起来都非常荒唐，我在这儿需要与他们针锋相对，我并不是来享受的。一切看起来都非常标准化，但标准化都体现在约束客人的，服务却未体现标准化，服务几乎没有！对了我在泳池丢了泳镜，也不翼而飞，为了工作人员也说不知道，但泳池边有人自带食物他们总是能一眼发现。

Badet var stort og fint men dusj montert veldig klønete slik at det var rart og dusje og vann rant ut fra badet til gang. Måtte vente veldig lenge på å få tilgang til rommet
