"Should have let us know if the rooms are fully booked and refund us"

We were told that the rooms are fully booked after we arrived. The receptionist was nice and took us to another accommodation nearby.

First of all, we weren’t informed that there’s no room for us before we arrive. And the other accommodation that we were brought to was disappointing. It’s very different from the room we originally booked. The room was okay but the price shouldn’t be the same as we booked.
