Only the location.

No customer service, no guest registration done. No payment collected when you turnup at the property. No proper wifi service and if you are lucky only one person in the family will get the service. Once you go out of the property and come back again it is not possible to get the wifi service again. The lift service to all the floors is of poor service and the lift doors are not closing automatically. If one user leaves the doors open the other floor users are not able to get the service. The property does not have a proper security system, CCTV and proper lighting and unexpected and unknown people come knocking on the door many times at 2.00 am in the morning throughout our stay. There is no peeping hole to the front door and openning the door is risky. The door knobs of the rooms are broken and has not been taken care of. There is room service is poor and the is no waste bin around. Not all room lights in the property are working. The lower floor passageways and toilets are dirty or filty and has not been taken careof.

The property is well maintained and the staff was very helpful, especially Manoj he helped us and took care of everything. Thanks to him!
