Плохо и невкусно

Персонал на стойке регистрации плохо владеет Английским. Вместо номера с окном выдали без окна. В умывальнике плесень. При входе в номер запах канализации. У телевизора только 1 канал. Нет канала с мониторингом табло прилета/ вылета рейсов
