Benedicts Hotel

Belle chambre spacieuse, grande salle de bain bien équipée. Accueil (réception) sympathique. Petit déjeuner continental avec choix, ou à la carte (Irish, Omelette, etc;), pour 9£ environ Proche de l'université, donc large choix de restauration, Ulster Museum à 5mns, et centre ville (Cathedral Center à moins de 15mns à pied).

Can't fault anything in the hotel. Staff are great

Very comfortable hotel with a large room and very comfortable bed. Staff were great and the bar and food service and quality was excellent.

The shower is over a bath - which is rather dated. The surface of the bath is very slippery and I asked for a rubber mat and got the weirdest BS reply. I have travelled all over the world and never experienced this. So be very careful in the shower. Apparently rubber mats are not available as there was an incident involving these products and they don't have them.

We liked the friendly welcome, the helpfulness of the staff. The room had everything we needed including a packet of tayro crisps! The bed was very comfortable and we slept very well.

Cleanliness of room. Bathroom sink didn't look like it had been cleaned on arrival. Dusty surfaces.Housekeeping replenished toiletries but no wiping of sinks etc and bed not made just duvet pulled up - not neat/tidy.
