Benedicts Hotel

room not that clean on arrival... they didn't clean the room the next day???? .. when we told the receptionist, she went straight upstairs and clean the room and replaced the towels- so she deserves a thank you. Breakfast was a disaster .. 1st morning terrible Eggs Benedict = hard boiled.. fried eggs overcooked. 2nd morning we brought this issue up and still the same happened??? when we checked out ( a different receptionist )wasn't bothered about these complaints and just rolled her eyes at us for the price I wouldn't return again.

All the staff were so lovely and helpful! The location is excellent and the bar/restaurant is gorgeous. We had a beautiful spacious room.

That the shower was in the bath

The staff were lovely, they upgraded our room which was lovely. The restaurant was just lovely, food was delicious, the whole place was so gorgeous, it was amazing inside.The bar staff let Tony pour his first Guiness which literally made his trip. We had just landed in Belfast so this was a highlight for him. You truly wouldn't want to go anywhere else for dinner or drinks as this had everything. There was something to see everywhere you looked and decorated perfectly. Loved this as accommodation and feel we got so much out of it. The locals were so nice and had some great laughs.
