Sehr großes Zimmer, gutes Frühstück in nettem Ambiente

Kochplatten vorhanden, aber leider keine Töpfe u Geschirr => schade Es hat alles super geklappt, war aber etwas seltsam, dass wir GAR KEIN PERSONAL gesehen haben. Es waren nur zwei Zimmer belegt, ist im Sommer bestimmt anders.

Une arrivée autonome et la surprise de découvrir une chambre tres spacieuse. Plus un studio qu'une chambre. Idem pour la salle de bain. De grandes baies vitrées pour beaucoup de lumière et de quoi se faire une collation. Mini cuisine et réfrigérateur compris. Qualité du maintien du matelas pour un sommeil parfait. De nombreux placards à disposition pour les plus longs séjours.

Rien.

Stanza bella e pulita, la tv non funzionava e nemmeno Internet. Staff praticamente inesistente, a qualsiasi ora scendevi la reception era chiusa se non per le due volte al check in che abbiamo trovato aperto. Posizione strategica per rientrare.

如果要去斯奈山半岛玩，不推荐住这里，南边还有一个小镇，推荐住在南边一点的那个小镇。这个地方去斯奈山半岛的任何景点都有点太绕路了，需要1个半小时。 房间有点老旧，像个招待所，但是面积很大，灯光暗暗的。不过很干净，设施倒也够用，只是软装不好看。

We saw northern lights at the location, so the only positive

Ohh, unfortunately, this will be the worst review I’ve ever written. Yes, maybe it’s my mistake and I didn’t read all reviews, but there’re still many good reviews (how?). Let’s start that we were lucky and when we came, there was a woman at the reception and she said what room we had. In a few minutes, when I came downstairs to ask for a few plates. The door to the reception and all first floor was locked and there was a sign only with emergency number and a note see you tomorrow at the breakfast. Ok, whatever. But I will note there are no spots to eat and grocery stores as well. The hotel is very outdated! I don’t know how many visitors it hade seen but it requires refurbishing. On the pictures you could see the kitchen stove, don’t trust it, it’s broken. Then weird smell. Ok, we slept the night, and amazing thing we saw northern lights, so I guess the location is good, pretty isolated. Then we read that the breakfast is pretty good. I’m not sure if it’s changing during the summer, and we were unlucky, but literally, there was only a toast bread, plain yogurt, milk, cheap cereals, one plain cheese, crazy salty scrambled eggs, and very oily beacon. Very sad. We were here in spring 2026, still not a season, so the price was okay for one night (still so many guesthouses on our way (4 of them) were cheaper and so much better), but I checked what price this hotel has in summer, and it’s NOT worth any. Please consider other hotel/guesthouses.

Die Lage war gut für die Aktivitäten in der Gegend.

WLAN funktionierte nur in der Lobby. Diese war abgeschlossen und nur zur Frühstückszeit offen. Zudem war das Restaurant an dem Abend auch geschlossen. Der Kühlschrank im Zimmer war leider nicht sauber. Auch unterm Bett lag noch ein Kronkorken vom Gast zuvor. Zudem ist das Zimmer sehr dürftig abzudunkeln. In anderen Hotels deutlich besser. Das Frühstück war enttäuschend. Hat keinesfalls eine „hervorragende“ Bewertung hier bei Booking verdient. Kein Obst, kein Frischkäse/ Cottage Cheese, keine Brotauswahl/ Croissant, kein Wurstaufschnitt. Das gehört bei vielen anderen Hotels zum Standard. Also auch für ein isländisches Frühstück sehr dürftig. Einziges Highlight war das Rührei. Haben wir sonst nicht gehabt. Alles im allen ist das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen. Für eine Nacht ok, länger würde ich hier nicht bleiben.
