GBThe hotel is very centrally located, on the third floor of a building opposite the Garisenda tower. There are many excellent restaurants, cafes, gelato bars and markets within an easy walk and I’ve never seen such a concentration of amazing buildings and architecture. Literally everywhere you look there is something special to see. Our room and the shower/toilet were very clean and the air-con was quiet and efficient. We didn’t have breakfast but each morning our host served us a pot of fresh tea on the terrace overlooked by the towers and the hundreds of swifts that come out in force every morning.
No dislikes, a couple of minor inconveniences. The hotel is on the third floor of an office building so you have to buzz up for the entry door to be released. And it’s bang in the middle of a vibrant city so there was some noise from the street occasionally. Our room was on the small side inevitably I guess in such an old building but everything was finished to a very high standard with no signs of wear and tear.

LVTraditional Italian 'guesthouse', a warm welcome, good location with a close proximity to most main tourist sites, really an excellent price for value.
IEWe arrived a little late(23:00), but our hosts greeted us with a warm welcome. The rooms are lovely, clean and spacious. There is a beautiful terrace with a great view of the famous towers of Bologna. Location is amazing, with most local attractions and restaurants close by. Pretty much a perfect stay for us and I would love to stay again, should we come back to Bologna.
