Tout ! Magnifique endroit très bien tenu, au cœur de Bologne, terrasse splendide, accueil très chaleureux.

The outside courtyard is a major attraction as is the bar in which you can buy a drink and then take it to the courtyard. The location is fabulous and it's extremely easy to come and go as you please at all hours. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful as well.

The only issue was the room became very hot during the night. We could have opened the window but didn't feel comfortable doing that, as birds or bugs could enter.

Absolutely incredible, exceeded our expectations. Incredibly safe, clean and friendly. The owners are absolutely lovely. The balcony is perfect, location is excellence. Couldn’t reccomend this place enough.

The warm welcome and Informations from Laura. Exceptionally clean and quiet. Beds very comfortable. Excellent position and charming rooftop terrace.

I missed a kettle, but that is probably a british habit!!

Great location, great terrace for small breakfast. The hosts where very friendly and available at all times. Check before booking if your room contains the shared bathrooms, but we didn't have any problems with using them, there's two for 3 rooms, they were clean. The room still contains a sink. We could leave our luggage after check-out to use the rest of our day in Bologna before heading out.

There was a water boiler in our room that was apparently also used for other rooms, so it turned on whenever anyone used hot water.
