I loved the location. Central and convenient.

Location as I have stated there two times before in 2017 and 2019

Things that they have changed if managed correctly it would be an improvement, 1) self check in , no pin number to access premises waited 35 to 40 minutes before sume one arrived, was very tired and was looking forward to a showe some dinner and an early night. A person was called privately by a neighbouring business, as no one answered the phone when Ileft two voice messages. 2) No information regarding WiFi and password had to use my roaming abroad data at a very highcost., 3) no table or shelf to rest personal items, 4) Window curtains to small letting ligh in all night and at sun rice, I was awake all night couldn't get to sleep .

It was a short walk from the station. Quite a selection for breakfast. Maria was friendly and pleasant even with me not speaking German.

Location. Staff were very friendly. Dog-friendly. Lovely view over the Rhine. Great chats with the owner.

Arrived got key it broke in the lock of the door. Rang numbers, emailed no one came for six hours and blamed me for breaking their key. No staff. When guy came he was fine apologetic and helpful. I believe the owner was the rude one, blaming staffing difficulties on covid.

Yound lady serving us at breakfast. Breakfast it self was excellent. Rooms were comfortable and clean

We missed the resturant and bar being open. Staff sickness and shortage. We had to ask for the Tourist card which should have been given to us when we arrived.

The staff were fantastic.
