Hotel Garona

Hotel familiar de toda la vida. El personal súper atentos y de lo mas agradable . Las chicas de la limpieza lo mantienen muy limpio . Las vistas son espectaculares , nos amaneció todo blanco y fué muy chulo. El desayuno calidad~precio está muy bien ( embutidos, quesos, yogures, zumos , tortilla de patatas , huevos , cereales , pan , biscotes , frutas , bollería fresca y envasada, nocilla , café , infusiones cola cap, leche ( nosotros pedimos avena ), sinceramente no hace falta mas . El hotel no es nuevo pero está bien mantenido , se está muy a gustito ; lejos del bullicio de Viella pero muy cerca y muy tranquilo. Para mí un 10.

No haberme podido quedar mas tiempo , pero volveremos

There were only two things I truly liked. First, the women working at the reception and in the restaurant — they were incredibly kind and pleasant. Truly wonderful staff. Second, I liked the relatively affordable price compared to other hotels in the area.

It is impossible to sleep in this hotel. The soundproofing is extremely poor. There was constant noise from slamming doors, people talking, and the elevator moving. All night long you can hear these sounds, and the door banging is unbelievable. Even if you fall asleep, you will wake up dozens of times. Sleeping in this hotel is simply impossible. Because of this, we left two days earlier than planned, as we were completely exhausted from not getting enough sleep. The furniture is very old and in poor condition. The bathrooms are bad as well — the bathroom tiles were cracked, and yellow water was coming from the tap. I honestly felt uncomfortable bathing my children there. The balcony door is very hard to open because everything is old and worn out. Overall, the hotel feels extremely outdated. The breakfast was very poor. There were no hot breakfast options at all — no omelet, no warm oatmeal, nothing. Only cold food. Even the tortilla was cold and dry. We basically survived on that single tortilla, pouring sauce over it just to be able to eat something. The hotel is located right next to the road, so you can hear constant traffic noise. There is also no private parking. We arrived late at night and had to park very far away because all nearby street parking was full, and we had to walk a long distance to the hotel. I will not return to this hotel. It might be suitable for students with a very limited budget who are willing not to sleep — or to sleep with earplugs. Because without earplugs, sleeping here is impossible.

La ubicación, el personal, el desayuno, la calefacción

El personal ha estat la millor experiència de l'hotel. Tots molt amables en tot moment!! :)

En general hem estat molt bé, tot i que hi han hagut petits detalls que recomanaríem renovar...com ara els banys de les habitacions, ja que son molt antics i tant la dutxa com les aixetes no funcionaven del tot bé (no tancaven bé). I les cortines de la dutxa també s'haurien de canviar... A l'habitació, mancaven ganxos a les parets i alguna estanteria per desar/organitzar la roba. Els llits, però, han estat molt còmodes i hem estat molt calentets i comfortables. A més, les vistes al riu i a la muntanya eren excepcionals. Per últim, l'esmorzar ha estat MOLT senzill...no hi havia cap plat calent (truita, bacon...) i no podies ni torrar el pa...Tampoc hi havia varietat de llets i la fruita no era fresca (hem hagut de tirar la mandarina...). En general, però, el tracte del personal ha estat excel.lent i hem de dir que, en tot moment, ens han atès amb molta amabilitat, d'una manera molt propera i ens han ajudat amb tot els dubtes que hem tingut. En general, hi tornaríem :)
