Staff where lovely friendly and we had a fantastic stay.

Pillows where a little hard for me but that's just preference.

So comfortable, room was spacious for toddler and bathroom was luxurious with jacuzzi bath. Food was fab, and great to have the option of breakfast in our room with toddler.

The setting is beautiful, staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble spa was great, food was excellent and the waiting staff were so friendly and helpful

Received dirty towel in spa and there was only one body wash and shampoo in room

We arrived early, rooms were ready, great. Hotel restaurant was amazing very attentive staff. Hotel is beautiful , also the gardens. We had a lovely time, and would high recommend.

Liked the location, quiet. There was a formal on one evening but wasn't disturbed in any way. Comfortable room with a lovely big bathroom.Breakfast was good.

There was nothing that we didn't like but in the booking process I felt a little bombarded with emails regarding checking in etc.

Easy check in. Friendly and helpful staff. We did wonder if we were going in the right direction at one stage as we didn't realise it was down the wee country lanes!

Beautiful location

Had to pay £10 per person to use spa when a resident. Never had to do that in any hotel I have ever stayed at

Plenty of parking, quiet countryside, staff friendly and helpful, food excellent, room clean and spacious. There are a range of options in the spa.

Nothing too serious. Some of the tv channels in our room were quite jumpy, but we didn't waste much time there. Massage at the spa was perhaps a little on the gentle side but still enjoyable. Lovely meal in the restaurant, although with my being quite hungry at the time, I would have appreciated a few more chips on the plate!
