Quality of food in the restaurant was first class. Staff friendly and co-operative. Breakfast selection was first class and well presented.

Duvet on King size bed was very heavy and warm. Pillows too thick but this could be a personal choice.Exce

"A lot of room to improve"

Location is great. Spa is fine. Food was lovely. Room was comfortable.

Place was understaffed and the staff that were there were seriously undertrained. They all seemed very nice and trying their best however we went nearly our whole meal without the drink we ordered at the start. Not a great atmosphere in the bar. We paid for spa at check in yet we were then asked to pay when we got down to the spa and then again at checkout. This place has a lot of potential but owner/management need to put more work in.
