Mo hot water No hot shower No heat in the room . Wasn't told u were closed the Monday bank holiday. I couldn't get into lounge or reception .all closed

No hot water at sink /handfasting or shower. Room cold A tower equipment was in the wardrobe but just cold air from it .

"Clean, kind, accommodating — all you could ask for in a small town inn."

Staff were so friendly and helpful in supporting us through a few difficulties that arose in not having a functioning phone. Rooms were nice and clean with comfortable beds. and the keycard system for controlling the power in the room is ingenious. The pub has a nice breakfast and good atmosphere in the evening if you opt for that.

No complaints here!

Centrally located. Convenient parking. Pleasant staff. Room was comfortable and quiet. Rang me in advance to check our preference re double or single bed. Good choice of breakfast.

Lots of stairs with no lift. Arrival reception was poor.

"Great short stay in the town centre."

Lovely staff at check-in, requested rooms on the lower floor as there is no lift, all sorted when we arrived. Rooms were very clean. and the beds were very comfortable, tea coffee, etc. provided. Had a very nice Irish breakfast served by a very efficient, friendly lady, breakfast was extra but it was very good value for money. The hotel is well located in central Clonmel.

Not a major issue but there were no hairdryers in the rooms.
