Căldura nu putea fi reglată. Am fost cu copiii și nu puteam să dau căldura mai tare era rece. Apa la robinet de multe ori nu curgea. Sauna nu era încălzită suficient

Зручні матраци, смачний сніданок (хоча було заявлено швецький стіл, але рано повідомили що сніданки з меню) про таке потрібно попереджати завчасно!

Пише що спа з 16.00, але по приїзду повідомили що працює з 18.00, потрібно було чекати орієнтовано годину щоб нагрілось, в джакузі вода холодна, Також велике прохання, зверніть увагу на стелю в спа, вона вкрита пліснявою. В номері не було халатів, телевізор є, але підключених каналів немає, Завдяки відгукам воду для вмивання брали з собою, з крану не приємний запах, не ризикували!
