The location of the property was great, not far from the train station, right by the cathedral and very central close to shops, restaurants and bars. Beds were comfortable. When we mistakenly thought check out was 12 instead of 11 staff were very understanding - thank you!

We would’ve preferred a double bed instead of 2 separate ones

Zentrale Lage

Es steht Fahrstuhl da ,war auch aber erstmal mit schwere Koffer einige Stufen nach oben dann hält der Fahrstuhl auf der Halben Etage also auch wieder Stufen runter.

"Not a hotel"

We arrived after a long journey at 20.20, and the place was locked up and dark. There was a handwritten sign on the door "back in a few minutes" but no one came. There were 7 phone numbers displayed but we couldn't reach anyone. After 21.00 we received a message, hidden under payment details on the app, about keybox entry. Had we wanted an Airbnb we would have booked one, this is not a hotel and we had to find an alternative hotel late in the evening. A bad experience.

Die Lage ist perfekt, wenige Fußminuten vom Hauptbahnhof und vom Museum Ludwig entfernt. Der Preis dafür sehr günstig. Der Empfang und die Betreuung ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück prima, inklusive frisch geschnippeltem Obstsalat. Das Zimmer individuell und geschmackvoll eingerichtet.

Kein Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer (aber der muss auch nicht unbedingt sein).

Locatie, bedden waren prima

Rook er erg muf, grond was zanderig, locatie is perfect, maar luider dan gedacht. Erg steile trap naar boven en kleine lift.

"Close to perfect if on a budget"

Location was perfect. Short distance to everything. Short walking distance to all the best brauhauses, shopping streets, cathedral and main train station. Hotel standard was good. For the cost it was the perfect choice given the location. If i was to return to Köln this would be my preferred hotel without a doubt.

Short opening hours but not a problem since you can use keybox the Get keys when arriving late.
