Хороше розташування і приємна ціна, чисто, свіжа постіль, класно що є балкон, вигляд із вікна на якісь двори і будівлі , і дуже близько до сусідів. Якщо просто переночувати, ідеальний варіант, якщо хочеться комфорту і насолодитися вечірнім часом на балконі, тоді краще пошукати інші варіанти.
