Muy limpia la habitación. Personal de recepción muy atentos y amables. Muy cerca del Centro y del CC Ventura.

El desayuno lo sirven muy tarde, debe iniciar mas temprano mínimo a las 6Am debería estar listo como en muchos hoteles.

"Excelente opción para estadías cortas"

El personal muy amable y atento. Me alojé con mi familia y me ofrecieron otras habitaciones porque yo solicité early check in y me habitación original no estaba lista, las opciones que me ofrecieron fueron maravillosas. El hotel está limpio y es agradable. El gym es pequeño pero esta ordenado y tiene lo básico para no parar tu rutina en estadías cortas. El hotel está ubicado cerca de un centro comercial y otras areas de comercio. He estado muchas veces en Cucuta y creo que esta es tremenda opción.

La llave de agua fría de la regadera estaba un poco desajustada o floja, tuve un poco de dificultad para abrirla. La habitación grande que use con mi esposa y mis dos hijos pequeños es un poco ruidosa ya que la ventana da hacia la avenida principal, la que le tocó a mi hijo mayor si fue silenciosa.
