No television in the room and no intercom to reach the front office or restaurant

The TV did not work. They were rationing iron and ironing board. The curtain experience was either completely dark or completely bright. The bed and pillow was not comfortable. The breakfast experience was not befitting. The way the facility was packaged on booking.com may be deceptive. I would not have opted for it if I knew it was a school environment.

Nothing to like

Room got cement smell and poorly built. Their breakfast is extremely low quality. Rooms are not sound proof so it’s quite annoying if you got loud neighbors. Also they got noisy refrigerator inside the room

For me the location worked well. I could walk to a nice park and the Kensington district for eating. Also a good restaurant a 5-minute walk away.

No air conditioning and a west-facing window meant my room got hot during the early afternoon and stayed hot for a good part of the night.

Nothing to like

Room got noisy refrigerator and poorly sound proof room. Shower not working properly and room got cement smell. Breakfast not even worth and skip most of the time.

Loved having the 2 bedrooms, the kitchen was also handy

The toilet wasn't bolted down, so when using it the toilet rocked and wobbled. Also the shower head was clogged with mineral deposits and sprayed everywhere but where you needed it

The room was clean

The distance to the parking was way too far. Please do not drink the tap water. It taste awful. Not all tap water are created equql
