"Pode melhorar pois o hotel tem uma boa estrutura física e excelente localização."

Gostei muito da localização.

Falta de elevador, falta de um homem para levar as malas até o quarto e descê-las no check out, falta de higiene nas mesas do café da manhã, estacionamento pequeno, toalhas de banho e cobertor grossos e antigos.

Atendimento da equipe.

Tinha quartos melhores no hotel, maiores, com cama box, melhor acesso ao quarto, mas ao chegar no hotel nos colocaram em um quarto pequeno, pra chegar parecia um labirinto, com diferença degrau dentro do quarto, não cabia nem a cama de casal quanto mais um cama de solteiro a mais. Estava tudo limpo, paredes pintadas, banheiro limpo.
