Hotel Santa Fe

I didn’t like that I didn’t have a key to my room all weekend and the breakfast isn’t include like it states in the website

very clean, rooms they smell so good as you open the door…

gym need’s maintenance, and more weights.

The hotel grounds were very pretty, the Pool was very fun and had comfortable tables and restaurant service. The hotel staff was great, very accommodating and polite. The room was large and clean. The A/C worked well.

I specifically requested a room with good wifi signal because I work online. The hotel staff tried to accommodate my request by giving a room close to the main office (modem) but even then the internet was slow and kept dropping. I went to the front desk and the lady allowed me to connect to another network with less traffic but it did not reach my room, so to do any work at had to sit at the lobby for hours because the internet was still SLOW. This hotel would be great if you have a family and want to do some vacay time but I do not recommend for business travel. The restaurant prices were a bit hight for Mexico and the food was very much like something you would get at a Denny’s. If you have time, I would venture out to find better options.
