The staff was friendly

My first room didn't even have the sheets on the bed. The sheets in the second room were stained. There was a roach in the bathroom. The refrigerator would stop working then start working again

I like the space of the room. Very big. Very clean. And comfy bed.

No microwave .. also. The tax on the room is insane!

Room was cheap

Roaches bed wasn’t clean no guest allowed area was ghetto no microwave in rooms other guest we’re too loud

I booked this for the location and facilities (microwave and fridge)in the room. Regular change of towels.

Lights from the petrol station next door, lights on landing and noise from those hanging around meant my sleep was disturbed each and every night. But these things can't be helped. What could be helped was the fact that bedding had burn holes and could have been replaced. Towels were small and of poorest quality ( I have seen these towels before on trips to India and Morocco!). And cockroaches are never pleasant either. Again this can't be helped as there was a huge industrial bin not too far away behind the petrol station.
