La ubicación del alojamiento es excelente, ya que está muy cerca de la Hacienda Nápoles y del famoso Santorini Colombiano. Además, hay una gran variedad de comercios y servicios en los alrededores, lo que lo hace muy conveniente. Las instalaciones son muy agradables y bien cuidadas. Destaco especialmente las habitaciones, que son amplias y cómodas, y las camas, que son extremadamente confortables, ideales para descansar después de un día de paseo. Queremos destacar especialmente la atención del señor Rubén, quien fue muy amable, atento y servicial durante toda nuestra estadía. Siempre estuvo dispuesto a ayudarnos y a brindarnos recomendaciones, lo que hizo que la experiencia fuera mucho más agradable y acogedora.
