Great door on the beach very quiet. Huge room with everything you need in a hotel room. Bar and restaurant on site with very good food and cocktails. Very quirky but fun and well maintained

We liked the location and the room was big. it was pretty quiet The staff were smiling a lot but this did not always equate to helpfullness

The WiFi kept dropping out The food was mediocre Staff were around but not where you needed them They were advertising that they could do a lot eg tours etc but communication and information regarding this was limited You only got two towels no hand towel or floor towel and the floor was very slippy. There was not enough space to dry clothes It would be useful to have a book in the room with information about WiFi food services times etc There was limited customer care and hospitality was not up to standard Shower pressure was low and the water was not hot Wires in shower area were exposed bathroom needs TLC.

We weren't expecting how great the hotel is. The room was huge with a beautiful view to the mangrove. Staff extremely helpful. We felt so welcome that it was hard to leave. Couldn't have chosen better.

Quite,spacious room. Wifi,hot showe and Aircon are working very well. All staff are very kind and helpful. Everything was perfect fo us.
