S Resort El Nido Managed by H Hospitality Group - Newly Renovated

Only stayed for 2 nights and hotel was lovely, clean, central and comfy beds. Main highlight of our stay was the hotel team who were so friendly and went above and beyond for us every time we saw them. Received beach bags, towels, vouchers, soft drinks in the room. They organised a lovely comfortable airport pick up and then drop off to our boat expedition on the last day. The team at reception are a real asset to this hotel (including GG the hotel dog!)

"Position is the whole point of this hotel. Airport to hotel: free shuttle, twenty minutes. Hotel to beach: two minutes. Hotel to island hopping departure: five minutes. Hotel to restaurants: walk out the door. The mountain view room gets morning light on the limestone cliffs. Early, before the day gets going, I sat with the coffee the room provides and just watched the light change on those mountains. That ten minutes was the most relaxed I felt the entire trip. Ate Jillian and Nicole sorted everything I needed without me having to ask twice. Tour bookings, restaurant recommendations, transport, all handled. GG came over every time I passed through the lobby, which was often, because the lobby is the kind of place where you stop and sit for a while. Breakfast at the rooftop Oceanview Restaurant with Bacuit Bay in front of you is genuinely a good start to the day. The croissants are better than you’d expect from a hotel in El Nido."

Assistir à Netflix na televisão após um longo dia sob o sol, com o ar-condicionado no máximo e ambos exaustos demais para nos movermos — esta é a maneira ideal de encerrar o dia em El Nido. A localização é imbatível, de verdade. A poucos passos da praia e do ponto de partida dos passeios. Não precisamos recorrer a nenhum tuk-tuk durante toda a nossa estadia. Como tudo ficava incrivelmente perto, fizemos absolutamente tudo a pé."

The Staffs ❤️ They so kind, helpful and the best in service. Jilian, James and Carl are awesome. And Ofcourse GG. Amazingly well behaved Dog 🐶. Loved by every guests in the Hotel. Even the drivers Jonathan i forgot the name of the other one, who picked and dropped us in the Airport. They were also kind. 👏👍😇

Can’t say i don’t like, but maybe they can improve the Bathroom, the was no door in the shower so our Toilet floor was always wet. Bidet flow was also strange.

Las habitaciones eran muy nuevas y espaciosas. El personal muy amable y detllista. Nos dieron un snack el dia que nos fuimos muy temprano a coger un avión y nos gestionaron ellos el trasnporte hasta el aeropuerto. tambien hicimos con ellos el Tour C y espectacular

La ubicación, al estar en el centro es un popo ruidoso.
