Location, clean and amazing staff. International quality

Nous avons séjourné une semaine au S Resort Hotel et tout s'est très bien passé. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la gentillesse, la disponibilité et le professionnalisme de toute l'équipe, toujours souriante et prête à aider. L'hôtel est idéalement situé, au cœur d'un quartier animé tout en restant calme et agréable. Il se trouve à deux pas de la mer et du port, ce qui est très pratique pour partir en excursion ou prendre le ferry. La chambre était spacieuse, confortable et bien équipée. Dans l'ensemble, c'est un établissement offrant un très bon rapport qualité/prix, que nous recommandons sans hésiter.

Le seul point à améliorer concerne le ménage, qui est réalisé assez rapidement et pourrait être un peu plus soigné. Cela reste toutefois un détail, car l'ensemble de notre séjour a été très satisfaisant.

Absolument tout ! La propreté de la chambre, l’emplacement au coeur du centre ville et personnel souriant et au petit soin ! Mention spéciale pour Sky, Jessica et Camille !

Location was excellent as it is a very short walk to the meet up point for island hopping. The staff were lovely and assisted us in everything. Gigi the lobby doggo added a nice cosy warmth.

Front desk staff all a stand out. James Karl and Sky all fabulous always said hello went over and above to help and made up feel at home. Excellent staff. Also Gigi the hotel doggies so sweet and lovely. Fabulous hotel central to everything. Would recommend to anyone. Please let them know if it’s a special occasion they make it so fun. ❤️❤️

Not a single thing

I'll explain in order, because that's how I work. Location: 10 out of 10. Two-minute walk to the beach, five to the boat departure point, and restaurants and shops right downstairs. In El Nido, that's a real advantage. Service: 10 out of 10. The receptionist has an energy that's rare in this industry. She doesn't just do her job; she takes care of the guests. That makes a difference. One objective point to consider: the street is noisy until about 10 pm. I'd recommend requesting a room on a higher floor or bringing earplugs. With the window closed, the room is quite quiet.

They took great care of us, great help at desk, loved the restaurant, room was nice

Bath was a little during under sink and a phone to call desk would be helpful
