S Resort El Nido Managed by H Hospitality Group - Newly Renovated

The location was extremely convenient, with all the major attractions and activities easily accessible. The hospitality of the hotel staff was exceptional and made us feel completely at home throughout our stay. A special mention to Sky, who was incredibly kind and helpful, always going above and beyond to assist us. The team also arranged a beautiful birthday surprise in our room, which made our celebration even more memorable. What truly stood out was how well the staff communicated and coordinated with one another, making everything smooth and effortless for us. Overall, it was a wonderful and memorable stay.

Das Personal ist Top 👍🏻 Sowas von freundlich und kompetent, da ist man gleich gut drauf. Sie machen „fast“ alles möglich. Koffer für mehrere Tage da lassen, Flughafentransfer, Restaurant-Gutscheine, Strand-Handtücher etc. und immer ein freundliches Wort übrig. Die Lage ist Mega, direkt gegenüber von meinem Lieblingsrestaurant und nur ein paar Schritte zum Strand.

Ich war erst im Zimmer an der Ecke zur Straße hin…da hätte ich wahrscheinlich kein Auge zu gemacht, weil es zu laut war, aber auch da gab es fix eine Lösung und ich durfte in ein wunderbares Zimmer mit Bergblick umziehen. Ich fand den Sicherungskasten trotzdem zu laut, aber ich bin auch recht Geräuschempfindlich. Ich würde das Hotel trotzdem empfehlen 👌🏻

Кондиционер в нашем номере был установлен ровно над кроватью, просто невозможно его включить - сразу простынешь, а без него очень жарко. В номере нет даже самой простой кофемашины, но при этом есть фены Dyson, которые можно было бы заменить на обычные и купить кофемашину.

The staff are all friendly. Room didnt have any flaws and the freebies are great.
