Welcoming Gesture was very nice. Rooms were spacious and had a very good view of City and Mountains. You can access pool and pool bar. Very well behaved staffs.

they claim to be near mg marg like 100 metres or so away when they are 15 km away and customer is forced to stay when he finds out as they don’t return booking money

Hotel is big, clean and peaceful. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Staff is polite. Service is good. The price is justified for what is offered. Manager tried to make it up for the problem in getting to the hotel because of the false location in the map and the description.

The location in the description is a blatant lie. Booking.com support would not help me get a refund when I found out that the hotel is 10 kilometers from mentioned location and is also out of town. We paid 1400 in taxi fare. This feels like a trick for people new to the area. Food is very overpriced for the taste. Gym had limited equipment without a pull up bar or a squat rack.

Staff members were very much caring,naming a few like Rakhe,Roshni,Hemant. Excellent place for leisure time in the midst of nature with all modern facilities.

Should provide shuttle service to Gangtok (may be chargeable) to meet the locational disadvantage.

I stayed at top floor room with a balcony. Magnificent view of Gangtok can be seen from room itself. Breakfast spread was good enough and they did pack my breakfast both the days when I had to leave early. Staff's were highly efficient and hospitable. Special kudos to Mr. Soumen, Mr. Paul, Ms. Rasna and Mr. Arobinda. Indeed this hotel is a hidden gem nestled by the beautiful valley.
