Quiet

The area is far from the station - half hour walk which is difficult with big bags/suitcases - and very secluded from the rest of the town. The room (apart from the actual bed) was very very dirty, I didn't even test out the shower because of how unappealing it looked. Although I had booked in advance, the receptionist seems surprise to see me and had to double check my booking with me multiple times. Felt very unsafe, and area is not nice at all. Also very smelly in corridors. I found some sort of pink fluid by my toilet which had clearly been there a while.

Nothing other than privacy.

It was not clean, bed was uncomfortable to sleep in and it was not worth the value for money it costs.

The lady in the front was nice and they watched our luggage while we went around Gotemba prior to checking in.

We booked two rooms. The rooms were old. It was definitely a love motel. One of the rooms doors didn’t lock and the ac didn’t work so we had to use a fan. Both rooms shower heads didn’t work therefore be aware you’ll have to fill up a bucket and clean yourself. Both beds in both rooms were obviously very old, dirty and one had what appeared to either be wine stain or something else… The ac in one of the rooms was dusty and it was obvious it isn’t well maintained. There is a lack of outlets and the hotel in general feels old and dirty. The hotel is also quite far from Gotemba station and you cannot call a taxi nearby the hotel. You’ll have to walk around 10 minutes to get to the nearest taxi stands You get what you pay for.
