It is a cheap stay

When we arrived to check in at 5.30pm, the room was not ready. Furthermore, on arrival we were asked to pay for our stay in cash with no prior notice or explanation. On further questioning, the lobby staff explained the card machine was broken and we should go to an ATM, but we explained this was difficult as there were not many around without international fees. The rest of the interaction we felt was very unclear and unprofessional as neither side knew how to manage the situation. This was made more difficult by the language barrier. Eventually we decided to shorten our stay from 4 nights to 2 and booked another hotel for the rest of our stay. The hotel offered to fix the card machine for checkout but it took a lot of time to finalise this and get it in writing. On entering our rooms, we found no toilet paper in the room, stains on the sheets (some parts of which resembled mould) as well as hair in the shower drain.

Great heater and clean room

Very cosy , well lit , perfectly ventilated large rooms with large balcony like windows offering a magnificent view of the most beautiful locality. This is a new locality near the bai chay beach. The receptionist was extremely kind and allowed us to check in at 2AM. They offer bicycles for rent as well (1+1 bikes are there as well)

The room was really nice, clean and comfortable, good AC, and bed , the receptionist were friendly. Amazing value for the money ! Beutiful aerea!

As it is low season, there was nothing around, no restaurants , cafes , everything remains shut! But the beach in front is awesome 👌

Great Location, Bai Chay beach is within walking distance (3-400m). The room is clean, quite spacious with sufficient amenities.

The soundproof is relatively bad, we were annoyed many times a day and even woken at 4am by the loud talking and screaming from the corridor (probably from guests in the nearby rooms). The double-bed is literally the combination of 2 single beds and thus easily detached while sleeping, which is quite inconvenient. It was also unfortunate for us because the hotel suffered from a long electricity cut-off from the early morning and we had no other option but checking out early.
