DKNothing, it was an awful visit and i cannot recommend this to anyone at all. Unless you dont care about service, hygiene and just need a place to crash.
When we arrived 13:45 the day we had to check in, we met a very rude staff member/owner. We said hello and explained we had a booking, but before we could say more he immediately tried to slam the door. He told us we needed to “check in online,” even though we had never been informed or given instructions. After going back and forth, and only because we kept explaining, he finally let us check in around 14:15. However, we couldn’t even enter the first room because the door handle was broken. It also makes no sense because the hotel’s homepage says “check-in 24/7.” We saw no staff after check-in, until Sunday when we checked out again. Calling this place a “hotel” is incorrect. Even a cheap hostel would be better. The most basic amenities were missing: no fridge, no electric kettle, and the room was not cleaned during our stay. Booking lists “free toiletries,” but the bathroom only had hand soap and body wash/shampoo. They also claim a “Coffee House on site,” but the “restaurant” from the photos did not exist; the space was instead a room with refrigerators and messy bed linen, and used for storage. There was no vending machine either, despite what they advertise. The soundproofing was a joke—throughout the night we could hear loud music, banging, and other noise, so we couldn’t sleep. Inside the room we found unpleasant issues: dirty shoes in the wardrobe (which made us wonder if staff use the rooms when guests aren’t there). Parking was also handled badly: they refused card payments and charged 20 euros instead of 16. The room itself was dirty, with visible mold/mildew in the toilet. Even though it looked “a bit clean” at first, it was clearly not cleaned properly. The worst part was when we dropped something under the bed: there was a thick layer of dirt and dust, showing it had never been cleaned, not to mention some old shoes left inside the wardrobe!

Die Kommunikation war schwierig. Die Übermittlung des Zimmer- und Türcodes hat nicht gut geklappt - ich würde etwas alleine gelassen und war da etwas hilflos. Außerdem könnte das Zimmer und das Bad sauberer sein. Um das Haus herum sieht es sehr unfertig und unsauber aus. Nicht sehr einladend! Da geht in jedem Fall mehr!
DEDas Hotel liegt in einer Nebenstraße. Innerhalb fanden Baumaßnahmen statt. Die Tür war so gut abgedichtet das man kaum was gehört hat. Und zur Ruhezeit wurden die arbeiten auch eingestellt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
