Pas même une table dans la chambre pour poser un PC, pas de place pour poser la valise sauf sur le lit. Une seule employée pour le check-out à 08h30 du matin, pas moyen d'annuler une facture pour corriger une erreur. Pas de manager en service pour épauler la réceptionniste avec 10 personnes qui font la queue pour avoir leur facture et un système informatique archaïque. Mêmes problèmes l'année dernière pour les membres de l'équipe, donc dernière fois pour nous dans cet hotel.
