this hotel was so disappointing. checking was perfunctory, as was checkout.. no warm greeting or farewell. hotel feels tired, the amenities are very basic... no kettle in the room, no soap in our room. no knives in the restaurant. no milk, eggs stone cold. the whole experience doesn't feel like hospitality for us.

I had a pleasant stay at Lalita Boutique Hotel. The rooms were clean, providing a comfortable atmosphere for relaxation and come with breakfast. The hotel staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, ensuring all my needs were met promptly. The parking space was convenient and spacious enough for guests. Additionally, the hotel’s location was close to the popular Dim Sum Chabura.

The room needs more proper housekeeping. If the staff can help with the luggage that would be service oriented. Sad to say that certain things don't have to be requested. Turning a blind eye will be an easy way to avoid wasting strength from them.
