"Location good, check breakfast still available before arrival / paying !"

Location and free breakfast

No breakfast - issues with on site facilities - and the alternative didn’t match plans for day, so basically paid for a breakfast and didn’t get one !! Parking was quite a walk away from room

"Disapointed couple"

4.0

On arrival the Staff were very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was good although they are very strict on the timings and closed promptly at 9am We wittnesed a guest who came in just after 9 and he was refused breakfast, after a little protesting he left with a orange juice but they would not give him breakfast.

On arrival at the security gate the guard was very rude, didn't want to talk and didn't even come up to the car, he just pointed to the right and opened the gate, he gave us no eye contact nor did he ask for any ID, I had to shout over and say where is the hotel. I think the accommodation description is very misleading and perhaps booking.com should look into it. When we got to the mullberry building our hearts were sinking, we arrived at what looked like a student block, our room was on the second floor. The room was clean and tea coffee was provided but in my opinion the room was not wort the price of £316 for two nights. This premises is listed as a hotel, it is not it is comprised of a number of building on a student campus. We asked where the bar was and was told that it opened at 4 but they would open it earlier if we wanted and said, (but it is a very lonely bar) We asked about evening menu but was told they only did pizza and paniai. There was only one pub in the area to go for a drink unless you used a car or got a taxi. Breakfast is served in a large room that reminded me of a school canteen. Very disappointed.
