Central location, good communication, room was clean and nice.

No elevator, the receptionist, the older one, was not friendly, we tried to be nice but he always kept a straight face and unfriendly voice. He was very helpful though. just I don’t think he can do good customer service.

Both the superior double room and superior quadruple room was clean and spacious. OK bathrooms. A lot of stairs up to the fifth floor but it’s not a problem for us.

Everything with the hotel and our stay was OK except that the staff at the reception (a man with glasses, around 45-50 years old) is really rude and has no sense of service. He is acting as we are bothering him when we wanted to check in, check out or just ask something. In general, I would give the hotel a 9 but now just a 7 due to the staff’s rudeness. They also have this interesting policy that they promptly must keep our passports and Identification cards (all 6 persons) during the stay. I have now been travelling for 2 months in Thailand and Vietnam, staying at 11 hotels and none of them required to keep the passports. They just made a copy or took a photo of the passports. It’s not really a problem for me to give away my passport but when I just asked why, the staff said something like ”Either I keep the passports or you can stay somewhere else”. Not so friendly staff in other words.
