La gentillesse de la personne qui nous a reçus. Lorsque nous avons déposé les clés en partant, cette personne est sortie sur le parking pour nous dire au revoir. Vraiment très sympathique.

J'ai de gros problèmes de dos et pour moi la literie n'était pas assez confortable. Mais cela ne concerne que moi.
