Location close to vu linh bus last stop. Staff was friendly.

We were greeted by friendly receptionist, who haven't spoke English. But that's as much of positives as a cockroach size of thumb was in the lift. When opened the room, dozens of smaller and larger cockroaches were running on the floor. After we squashed all of them, they haven't appeared anymore, although we slept under mosquito net. We paid cash, 2 nights at front and wouldn't bother to ask for refund with staff who couldn't speak English.

It is a wonderful hotel with this price.

It's right next to the main road which is good. Few local restaurants right nest to the hotel with delicious food. Friendly staff.

Well, for starters, I didn't get the room I booked, which was with a double bed, balcony, and bathtub. The room I got was spacious and big, but the bed was as hard as a rock, holes in the roof, cobwebs as well, and some crawlies. But the most annoying thing that made me check out a day earlier was the noise from the air-condition machine right next to the window. There were 2 of those outside and combined. The noise was almost unbreakable at night..

I do like this accommodation, this is ideal for a solo travel when the room for 1 person is well equipped and clean with spacious room size. Security is well, I felt safe all time staying here. bathroom was great and clean. I can work with the table and chair in the room. Great!

- Location is far from the center, especially the float market station and Binh Thuy Ancient house. this costs you the transfer fare. - just a small thing inside the room: some scratch on the wall and some small wooden pieces below the sink. - the stairs are mostly black and no lamp so it is quite dark, the elderly and small kids need to watch out to step.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was well equipped and had a nice shower and bathtub.

It’s understandable that in a country such as Vietnam, pests are to be expected however over the period of 2 nights, we encountered numerous large Cockroaches. 3 within the first hour of arrival during daylight hours/time, and horrifyingly even one inside my friend’s luggage that had crawled in. Of course, these pests are to be somewhat expected, however to this extent there is certainly an indication that there is a larger problem throughout the hotel (especially as many were out during daylight) - the staff weren’t particularly helpful about this issue either and acted very dismissively, offering no solutions. In the end, we resolved to keeping our bags closed and wrapped in plastic bags for the rest of the duration of our stay. We personally wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anybody who is fearful of insects (especially large ones!), however the stay was adequate.
