Персонал вежливый и отзывчивый)

Это было самое ужасное место в моей жизни где я ночевала ! Мы не привередливые туристы , были не раз в Азии и строго не судим , но это полнейший гадюшник! Запах на столько прокуренный в номере , что тошнит . Ковер из муравьев в ванной ( везде где жили были муравьи и не придерались ) Здесь просто устланно ими ! Утром в 5 мы проснулись собираться отключили воду. Матрас на кровати это просто дубовая доска , мы не могли улечься на ней ! И вишенка на торте это клопы которые нас грызли всю ночь! Мы остановились чтобы поспать , у нас была пересадка в Ханое 16 часов , в итоге мы просто промучались в этом адском отеле и не сомкнули глаз !

We stayed only one night in this hotel after arriving very late in Hanoi from an international flight. We checked in around 2 AM, and the staff waited for us and welcomed us with a smile despite the late hour. The room was perfect: clean, comfortable, with everything working properly (water, electricity, bed, etc.). Very professional and kind staff. Thank you again for the warm welcome!

Nothing to complain about.

Close to the airport.

Washroom wasn’t clean, there was yellow stains on our sheets, no hot water, animals in the room, weird looking pictures on the walls.
