Hotel was good

I did not like there was no place to put the phone and phone cam fl any time from bed

Overall, the dormitory was good. The bathrooms were clean and good.

The staff there is bit lazy in attending to the people in dormitory was I got the message. Inspite of repeated reminders, the water bottle and other complimentary things were not provided on time.

Friend security guard.

Dirty lockers. Smelly bathroom.

Beds were comfortable and the dorm was clean. Location is good There is hot water and aircon.

I booked a bed in the dorm vía booking.com and when I arrived they told me I had to pay for a private room because the dorm was only for men. It did not say male dormitory in the booking. I insisted and there was a long discussion and in the end I got the dorm bed. The check in took extra long because of that and the bed wasn't ready. It also took then quite long to get me a towel to have a shower. It was a frustrating experience.

Room was clean and hygienic.

Location is bit off from city centre.
