they have electricity issues, food is way expensive and they use old and good properly clean bed sheets

The room was pleasant and tidy. Some staff members were good but others weren't.

Cleanliness can be better. The door handles were dirty. The toilet wasn't clean and neither had tissue paper. The overhead shower wasn't working. They sell non-chilled bisleri bottles for ₹30/- when the MRP is ₹20/-. They charge 12% GST on food but do not serve it in the room.

"Exceptional"

It was an exceptional stay here and I really liked the way the staff responded to all of my requirements. Also a few last minute adjustments were done, but still I am happy with it. Especially the manager Anant and Akash if I am not wrong with names. Stay was as per expectation. Full 10 on 10 grades.. keep it up folks.

Nothing a bit of an issue with the tap in the washroom, but it was still manageable. Except that everything was really good.
