Hotel Tugu Asri

The location was pretty great to access the monument. Walking around was also quite nice and the location was pretty close from the station I used to come from the airport - which saves a big hassle. Staff were also friendly.

First room had a leaking toilet which made the whole bathroom soaked. I asked to change and then the room I got changed into smelled like someone had been smoking in it for days and the smell never left.

price is not equal with quality of the hotel, quality of personal, not helpful, they interesting only about monet. Very bad and no again

I had booked to stay at this location earlier in my travels and didnt change the booking as i had asked for a different room when i returned this time. I was given a different room but again the air con was not good. I think it was marginally better than the first time but not good. Also the room had a functioning socket, one. Bed was comfortable and shower ok but cold.

Properly working air con and hot shower, rickety furniture old and past its best.

The location was ok but i used grab taxi or tuktuk to get around

The air con was not working , the fan in the a/c unit was blowing but producing no lower temperature so the nightime was very difficult to sleep and i had to resort to putting a wat towel over my head. I asked the staff but no real help.The plug sockets also did not work and as the a/c unit did not function i was forced to use this socket,
